الله يحفظ الشيخ This was in Indonesia. The translator is Ustadz Firanda Andirja may Allah protect him. He studied many years in Madina and used to lecture in Masjid Al-Nabi صلى الله عليه و سلم

I think shaykh Abdur-Razzaq referred to the audience. In terms of Arabic, Shaykh means an old man.
