I don't respect how she went from breaking down about her miscarriage to stressing the fact that the lady on the Tasha K interview cant have kids. What exactly does Fabo do? She has NOTHING to say how he can afford a $100k car. She has built a fairytale in her mind and its sad.

This is literally why Shay will likely never have a genuine man. When she gets with a man she always speaks on his relationship with another woman. YOU don’t know what he said or did with another woman. lol. She will forever be getting embarrassed and it’s sad. At some point you have to do things differently to get a different result. Shay your too old to think a man your seeing every yr as you putting it didn’t have a woman in no sort of way. Great interview! Shay was so genuine. I agree that she has really grown. I hope she continues to grow. I respect her hustle as a business woman but it’s hard to reach your full potential and to sustain it when you have toxicity in your life. I agree with Shay when she says we didn’t have the hugs and the I love you’s from our mothers growing up. My mom was so busy being a strong single mom of three girls that she felt like she couldn’t show weakness and she’s 68 years old now and still just as strong and a big provider for her grands and her great grandkids! Although my mom had no time for what she thought was weakness while raising us she shows our children and our grandchildren what true love is and I am blessed to have such a strong mother

Mother definitely is not always right. If you knew the backstory behind Shay and her momma you would see why Shay doesn't really care. Her mom didn't really respect her until they did Iyanla Fix My Life. And I'll be damned if my mom is going to preach to me about someone when she's married to someone that has cheated on her multiple times.
