The reason I got into Kpop was because the songs reminded me of 90s R&B, which was the music I grew up and fell in love with. Never would have thought I'd see one of the kings of R&B covering a Kpop song, but that is the power of music!

Same here. I'm 35 years Nigerian female, was born 1986. Grew up on boyz 2 men, back street boys, anita baker, toni braxton, TLC, etc. When i got into kpop it was like having one foot in the past and one in the present/future as well. I'm so glad I found BTS. Their songs like *Let Go* is such a huge throwback to old boy group RnB with a twist.

Same here. I didn't know that BTS was singing R&B and hip hop like the stuff I used to love. First time I sat down and listened to one of the albums was about 2 months ago, and the first one I listened to was Young Forever. I was just completely blown away by how good and familiar it was, I had no idea. I wish I had discovered them earlier.

Came here because there is a video of BTS and Shawn stockman at the American Music Awards. Shawn comes over to BTS with his daughter to take a picture. RM who is standing bends down and tells something to Jimin, to which Jimin stands up immediately, bows deeply and respectfully to him then they hug. I wondered why he bowed like that until I went to the comments and they said Shawn covered serendipity. Wow!!!! Absolutely amazing!!

Let's go boys. I've always wanted to hear the guys singing a Boyz II Men song. Thanks for doing the reverse, this was nice. You know his pronouncing will give them a chuckle, but they'll love it. And again, our beautiful Jimin just looking people's hearts crushed. You can laugh, sing along, and swoon, but once Serendipity hits the stage you're just gone and don't come back.

I think Jimin will feel the same way. lol 그리고 지민이에게 해주고픈 말은, 본인의 실력과 노력에 비해 너무 긴장하고 자책한다는것. 어느정도는 반드시 필요하지만 너무 과하다는것... 봐... 세계 최고의 보컬이 니 노래를 커버하고 있잖아. 넌 자신감이 먼저여도 충분히 괜찮은 사람이야. 앞으로 자책은 조금만 줄였음해. 너만큼 노력하기 쉽지 않다는거 알고 있으니까... 아미가 아닌 나도 말야. 그리고 들을수록 참 좋은 목소리를 가졌어... 흔하지 않아. 유니크한 니 목소리는 정말 매력적이란걸 잊지마.

Same here. I'm 35 years Nigerian female, was born 1986. Grew up on boyz 2 men, back street boys, anita baker, toni braxton, TLC, etc. When i got into kpop it was like having one foot in the past and one in the present/future as well. I'm so glad I found BTS. Their songs like *Let Go* is such a huge throwback to old boy group RnB with a twist.

Same here. I didn't know that BTS was singing R&B and hip hop like the stuff I used to love. First time I sat down and listened to one of the albums was about 2 months ago, and the first one I listened to was Young Forever. I was just completely blown away by how good and familiar it was, I had no idea. I wish I had discovered them earlier.

Came here because there is a video of BTS and Shawn stockman at the American Music Awards. Shawn comes over to BTS with his daughter to take a picture. RM who is standing bends down and tells something to Jimin, to which Jimin stands up immediately, bows deeply and respectfully to him then they hug. I wondered why he bowed like that until I went to the comments and they said Shawn covered serendipity. Wow!!!! Absolutely amazing!!

Let's go boys. I've always wanted to hear the guys singing a Boyz II Men song. Thanks for doing the reverse, this was nice. You know his pronouncing will give them a chuckle, but they'll love it. And again, our beautiful Jimin just looking people's hearts crushed. You can laugh, sing along, and swoon, but once Serendipity hits the stage you're just gone and don't come back.
