I love/hate/love this song. I met a girl at my college during the summer. We both were working the summer, and I finally got enough nerve to talk to her. We hung out, ate meals together, and did activities together all summer. I remember finding this song the same day we went on our first "date" at the beginning of the summer. I listened to this song multiple times a day, but all good things have to come to an end. The semester started and she quit talking to me, and moved on finding a new man. Whenever I hear this song, at first I hate it because it reminds me of what I lost. But after a while, I love it again. It brings me back to the summer when I was with her, and when I mattered to her. I was really happy when we were together. This song helps me remember the happiness I felt, even if it is only for three minutes.

The day this video was released was the day my daughter was born. I’ll never forget it. Now we sing to it! This song and “Clover Cage - The Toy Store” are the two songs keeping me sane through these tough times. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better. We are in this together..I love you 💝
