Wow imagine being in that situation and having the 911 operator hanging up on you assuming that you are joking? This one women was in the clutches of her ex. He didnt know she had her phone. But her speech was slurred bc she was beaten with a baseball bat and she was on the back of his truck in a garbage can covered by a tarp trying to whisper also her kids was inside the truck. Her face had been beaten in. The police drove right pass them on the way to the scene. She was packed in his storage space on the bottom of a stack of boxes he had in there. He told the police he was too tired to remember what he did with her. The police agreed that he should have the rest he needed as they did not want to violate his Rights? Yes. The hero was that same sorry cops wife. Who told him he would not be getting any rest. To get back to work and find this poor women alive or no. One of the fresher officers went through the suspects wallet and found the storage ticket. Told the attendant to go check the space that he wanted to hold on the line until he returned. Dope officer busted the whole case open with a location on the victim. When the attendant ran back to the phone to say that yes he heard something. Makes me cry everytime too. She survived but lost a leg or at least a foot? But he had been repeatedly assaulting her too. She was made to share custody if their children. Finally she no longer had to legally. And she had come to pick up her kids for the last time.he knew this. Tried to kill her. Ohh she had a husband too who knew very well he was dangerous had threatened him for being present in the car when they had to pick up the kids. He prolly was great but. Great did her no good at any time.I think he was just as afraid if her ex.This angers me.I dont get it. I love macho kind if men. He knew her new husband was a kind coward. This has been shown on a couple true crime shows. Its a older case now though. I never forgot her. She survived.

Many of the serial killer cases I’ve looked into in the Ohio area range from Cincinnati down to Cleveland, there have been over 30 serial killers arrested Not to mention the ones unaccounted for . Luckily the young like ladies Amanda Berry and Gina Dejesus were found alive after being kidnapped for almost 14 years hidden in plain sight . This area just harbors so much dark and depraved energy and their citizens deserve better . I pray for all the women ,children, and men who remain in this area .

Wow that girl was so brave. When she said he is strong I was scared for her big time. That 911 caller was smart to tell her put the phone down. Sometimes they don’t get what’s happening and still yell at the caller trying to get info.

On average, more than 600,000 people go missing in the United States every year. Scary to think how many other serial killers are among us. I wish that basic self defense classes were taught in every school. Seems to me that it would be a lot more useful than certain other subjects being taught.

The court reporters have no control over what they report on or even the end result of the case. They just take things verbatim so lawyers and judges can use the transcript. I understand the frustration though.

No waste of time here, he didn't plead guilty to seven counts so it would have to go to trial by jury. Then sentencing, regardless of his pleas. You want the guy put away, and justice for the families of the deceased? Taking him to court not only achieves the above, but also the possibility of impact statements and witness testimony. It serves a whole lot of purposes.

What a awsome team of cops that arrested the man but didn't search the house or smell dead bodies. If he hadn't confessed it would have been months b4 they found them.

I remember he had a gf at some point and she said he changed his look and everyone knew him and a different looking man. Thats a demon that can become a chameleon to hurt people. Thank God he was caught. I believe he was caught so early on because he would have been able to destroy a high number of women. Thank God she got away and saved God knows how many more women by saving herself. First time I heard of him I prayed a thank you to her. He couldve been another long Island serial killer.

This is seriously frightening that a random person who you might meet and become friends with is a serial killer!! I have a small/runt pitbull that is the biggest baby until you threaten me. I believe she has saved my life on 2 occasions. I keep her close! Don't ever try coming between a pitbull and her owner!! God bless that sweet lady 🙏
