Transition Shaw to LCB, this should hopefully save him from some injuries and gives us two top players to rotate with Martinez. Bring back Fernandez and sign a top LB. Just my opinion.

Why do I feel like Kev has just sniffed a line of coke. He always seems to have a jitter.

Would keep Shaw but not play him at left back, he is a very good left sided centre back and would be great competition for Martinez. He just can’t handle so many high intensity runs that come with the left back position.

Don’t want goldbridge to go as he’s the goat. But if and when that time comes, providing kev wants too and wants this, I would love to see kev be his successor. Love the rest too, Beth, Ricky etc, but for me personally I’d love kev to be his successor. He is great and comes across in a way like Goldbridge does. Plus kevs been here for ages. He’s been called overweight so I think a lack of discipline and fitness can catch up to a player when they get older. The recurring injuries will only get worse. Shaw and Martial need to be let go as they are just inflating the wage bill at this point.

Sell any players that have more than 200k per week unless Ronaldo level category. Restructure on Wages is necessary. Give incentives and bonus for winning matches and trophies.

Its true that he's unproven and we dont know what to expect from him since we haven't really seen much of him but its better to take that risk and see if he can become like evra or better.
