I came to know Christ in jail in 2013 by reading a book, "Overcoming spiritual blindness" by James P. Gills MD. The veil was taken off my eyes. Heaven came through for me. Now i have a home a husband and a lovely year old daughter (Zoa), and a stream of income that get me $25,000 monthly. I can support God's work and give back to my community. God is absolutely more than enough!

Only God knows how much grateful i am. After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place

Some pentecostal church s hardly mention Acts 2. They preach the 1st fruit( the waving of barely sheaves) and collect special offerings.. I don't agree with them knowing that Jesus is the First Fruit of the New Covenant and we must celebrate the Holy spirit, the gift of that day! How can you mix the old with the new?

Paul, with all due respect brother, Scripture states to count 7 SABBATHS to the day after the 7th SABBATH. In other words, shavuot would ALWAYS begin on a Saturday evening st sundown, and end Sunday evening at sundown!

Agreed. The plain reading of Leviticus 23 seems to say the count starts and ends on the first day of the week. I just learned this week that the sadducees counted this way. But the pharisees counted the way that Israel currently counts, which allows for a Tuesday Pentecost.

On the Shavuot counting... The Pharisees started counting after the High Sabbath of Unleavened Bread. But the sadducees started counting on the Sunday after Passover. Shouldn't the count always start on a Sunday and end on a Sunday? That's the day after the Sabbath. Why did they believe differently?

Hi this properly not the right place for it But Paul Wilbur you wrote a song years ago called Baruch Haba Beshen Adoni i made solo guitar version of ... that the Guitar being the whole band because of your voice range i had put a lot of the melodies in the bass i just play it to the Lord i don't make money of guitar teaching i just teach it for free Maily if other believers that want to learn the guitar in my Area.....there will be no youtube of it you just take only 1 or 2 notes of each chord & or Meladie then over a week or 2 you'll naturally add more then after a little while longer youll have yr Arrangement👍
