Good customer service(which is the most importantthing imo)! From personal experience, if multiple snow cone vendors are there, that machine doesn't have a chance if the other is using a real SHAVED ice machine like the SnoWizard for example. The crunchy stuff just doesn't compare. I have 3 trucks in two years, trust me if you get a better machine people will love your product so much more. The only downside is that it takes a little longer to make than crunchy ice, but believe me, it's worth it. The only time i would use a machine like this is at a childrens only event with thousands of kids. Kids dont care, they just want sugar lol

Hey! We do have the flower attachments, I just prefer the funnel. I will have to give the flower attachment another try, it wasn't coming out right with the attachment on.

Where did you get machine and cups

When you started out with the little snowie machine was it hard to keep up when you had a line? I currently have a trailer and thinking about doing shaved ice. I was trying to start with a inexpensive machine to see how it goes in my area before putting a lot of money into a bigger machine.

The little snowie actually did pretty well because it is so fast. The biggest event we did with the little snowie was about 1000 people. The only negative was constantly having to add ice because it only holds a small amount. But, it definitely is a great start.
