All these people saying don't cut towards yourself, just ignore them. You are cautious with the blade. You know your knife and your capabilities. Great video, great knife!
that sound is amazing (when he cuts the tree)

Facts
Forget the worlds sharpest knife this is the worlds most satisfying video
A quarter of an inch per pass. Every time you slice the tree it looks like 2 sheets paper stuck together
I never knew how wonderful the sound of paper being cut sounds.
"trees makes paper" that made me laugh. Then, "don't slip, it can cut you. It's sharp." I CRACKED UP
Mr Buckner you are one of my inspirations that got me making knives and I love your work I just wish I could afford one of your knives
I have that exact knife and I've had it for about 7 or 8 yrs maybe, and I've never used it one time. I'm more of a knife collector so I only use certain ones but I'm here to tell you that Buck does come from the factory with a ridiculously sharp edge.
Thanks for the video, when it comes to some people who comment on KZread, I like this verse: "Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest you be like him yourself."
does anyone watch this as a ASMR, I love this guy
Thanks for the video, is always nice to get out and enjoy the outdoors. Sharp knives are fun.
Keep making the awesome knife vids 😆
Keep them coming my friend! You are great! Your product is excellent!

Sharpens Best Get you a Busse or SwampRat. INFI and SR101 are the best knife steels on the planet for edge retention.
wow you are awesome! I am a blade addict! I will check out your website!
I know this is a 6 year old video but I love my buck 119, it's an absolute work horse. I want one of your sharpeners so bad but I scared to death to ruin my blades. Not from the sharpener but from me not knowing how to use it properly. I've seen you sharpen knives over and over and those things turn out damn sharp.
I wouldn't call it the world's sharpest knife I would call it the world's most durable knife
The funniest thing I have heard all day paper comes from trees.
As always, awesome video my friend! Thanks!
I love the vids they are extremely fascinating and I would love to see more thank you
I have no idea why people are ragging on you. I have the buck 119, the buck 110, the buck 120, and the buck 124. Awesome knives
It will for sure hold an edge and is extremely sharp. Nice vidio !
I had a Buck 119 for many, many years. Always held its edge and was easy to sharpen. I always kept it sharp enough to actually shave my beard. And most people don't realize that just because it can shave hair of an arm or leg doesn't mean it is shaving sharp unless you can shave your beard with it. I wish I still had that ole buck 119. But someone stole it off my 4 wheeler one night out camping.
don't listen to those rude people you are great

Edward, did you get ahold of me. How can I help.
I'm guessing there is people on here that don't realise cutting paper is how you see how sharp your knife is.
It's 1:30am ....here I am...watching this fella peel away bark on a tree with his knife LoL! 😁
With all do respect, my fathers TechStudio Russian Sharpening System will make a knife so much sharper. But for a person who is a beginner it’s a super cheap but reliable sharpener. I recommend it.
That's really cool how do u make it that sharp
I'm ten years old....IF ITS THE SHARPEST KNIFE IN THE WORLD, DONT CUT TOWARDS YOURSELF!!!!!!
you my friend just earned a subscriber for giving me my favorite things KNIVES

Great demonstration and test. KZread is famous for it's losers, trolls and sarcastic twits. Good vids are obviously like a magnet for them. Every dislike and mean spirited statement should be taken as a compliment. Love your product and demos!

Please never stop KZread
Have you tried the buck reaper
apparently it takes someone that works with calipers everyday to fully understand what a quarter inch equates to
What's that knife called and how much does it cost
people stop harassing him for cutting towards himself, if he does it and tells you not to, then he obviously knows the consequence
did he buy or make that knife
This is Brad. I should have said , some of the passes are 1/4 inch. Sorry.

lmao "alotta people say... why can't you unbuckle a knife"
I use my Out Back Hunting Bowie she has been my top knife for almost 20 years where i live in the Australian out back and out here a good knife is a way of life and the crap we put our knifes through to most people is a joke but that one knife could be the difference between life and death not all the time but out here things tend to happen. here are the spec's of my knife and no its not a cheap Asian knock off it's Australian made and they are amazing. Overall length: 16” Blade length 11” Blade thickness: 6mm Weight 800 g / 28.2 oz Material: 440C dual heat treated (edge 58-59 RC / back 45-46 RC) Solid brass guard and pommel, ebony & leather handle Genuine leather sheath with sharpening spike. Still to this very day the best knife i have ever used.
That's awesome how u do that
If i were you i would have sent tom noneyo a dollar store knife great video thumbs up! Godbless
I bought the SharpnSpark on a whim just to see if it worked and I can say if you will take the time and learn to use it correctly it does work and works very good. the first time or two using it I thought piece of crap, the next day I used it some more and thought dam that's sharp blade!
Do not mind the comments that ridicule in anyway or give them any attention. Internet is full of armchair professionals and you don't have the time to educate everyone. Full of people who have read a bad survival book thinking they are now experts in survival, people who for instance praise damascus steel without knowing what it is and are ready to argue for almost anything without knowing what they are talking about. Your sharpener works great and I'm studying on carpenters profession and have camped a lot in reality, not trough gear forums and fantasy and I know for sure that your sharpeners do a good job and the first paper test you did was very sufficient to prove it. The ones who are actually looking for a good sharpener know what they want. As someone younger than you, I have wasted my time online enough to know it has completely different social rules and the stupidity usually kept inside will flourish and bloom freely. Take it all with a grain of salt. Great demonstrations, thanks!

Yep you’re right. And, everybody does that at some point and more people than not probably do it a lot. Thank you for watching.
I watched somewhere on youtube an expert said if you can dull the knife on an object that object can sharpen too. He related a time he took a large rock by river, smashed it in two then ground the 2 flat sides until both were smooth then proceeded to sharpen to a razor edge.
bringing a knife to a gun show
you should cut a telephone book next
Pretty nice 👍
When he says he's gonna cut something other than paper yet cuts what makes paper.
nice vid man
Where I'm from we call those trees quakies and the bark is VERY easy to slice off however just from knowing buck knives the will hold a very sharp edges

ATTENTION: Hey - Would anyone like to do some Video Reviews of the Sharpens Best Knife Sharpeners and Fire Starters for KZread or Facebook?
For all the people saying, "its not that sharp" or some other shit, think about it, if not "sharpest knife on earth" what title would he put? "Pretty sharp knife"? The knife is pretty dam sharp for being used and carried around every where he goes, not all knives cut through paper so smoothly, for that your knife needs to be dam sharp. Cmon guys, admit it, that thing is pretty damn sharp.
Tick tock no you have not. Sit down boiiii
