I had a Buck 119 for many, many years. Always held its edge and was easy to sharpen. I always kept it sharp enough to actually shave my beard. And most people don't realize that just because it can shave hair of an arm or leg doesn't mean it is shaving sharp unless you can shave your beard with it. I wish I still had that ole buck 119. But someone stole it off my 4 wheeler one night out camping.

Overall length: 16” Blade length 11” Blade thickness: 6mm Weight 800 g / 28.2 oz Material: 440C dual heat treated (edge 58-59 RC / back 45-46 RC) Solid brass guard and pommel, ebony & leather handle Genuine leather sheath with sharpening spike. Still to this very day the best knife i have ever used.

Do not mind the comments that ridicule in anyway or give them any attention. Internet is full of armchair professionals and you don't have the time to educate everyone. Full of people who have read a bad survival book thinking they are now experts in survival, people who for instance praise damascus steel without knowing what it is and are ready to argue for almost anything without knowing what they are talking about. Your sharpener works great and I'm studying on carpenters profession and have camped a lot in reality, not trough gear forums and fantasy and I know for sure that your sharpeners do a good job and the first paper test you did was very sufficient to prove it. The ones who are actually looking for a good sharpener know what they want. As someone younger than you, I have wasted my time online enough to know it has completely different social rules and the stupidity usually kept inside will flourish and bloom freely. Take it all with a grain of salt. Great demonstrations, thanks!

For all the people saying, "its not that sharp" or some other shit, think about it, if not "sharpest knife on earth" what title would he put? "Pretty sharp knife"? The knife is pretty dam sharp for being used and carried around every where he goes, not all knives cut through paper so smoothly, for that your knife needs to be dam sharp. Cmon guys, admit it, that thing is pretty damn sharp.
