Well, yes and no. It has more memory than an unexpanded VIC20 for sure, but it lacks the VIC20s graphical features like multicolor mode and redefinable characters.

@@thefamouseccles1827 Using so called "racing the beam" techniques - cycle exact code that updates the videoram in sync with the rasterbeam, updating from one character to another after just a single row has been drawn.
Next step: porting DOOM to it. 😄
