I am 22y old dude , I am very cold person, but animals make me so soft and watching this makes me very sad because I don't have a place to raise such a lovely puppies. I wish I could take them all in my arms and always show unconditional love to them.

It’s a gruel. It’s made with puppy formula and moistened dry dog food and blended. This works as a transition food to wean the puppies off mothers milk and into eating solid dry food. My family has bred shar-peis for 20 years and we always give this stuff to our pups from 3-4 weeks old to 6 weeks old.

Gerardo Espinoza surgeries are often performed/required to remove the skin around the eyes on sharpeis. Otherwise the skin flaps would block their vision completely

Yes it’s called eye tacks. It stops the weight of their wrinkles from forcing their eyelids to roll in and irritate their eyes. As they grow the wrinkles smooth out, the eyelids position themselves better and the eye tacks come out.

Mz. Lion nope, it’s just a couple of stitches, they get removed when their face stretches into the wrinkles. Not all shar pei need eye tacking, mine didn’t even though he was very wrinkly because his wrinkle went up.

Did you expect the answer to this to be "yes, it hurts them"? If the owners were harming the dogs, then they wouldn't have been concerned enough about them to take care of their skin so it didn't get in their eyes.
