@@negi8550 There is no mass supply chain with farms. It's a logistical nightmare in a low margin business. They had 25% gross margin. The net would never in their lifetime be positive on cash flow. They need atleast 50% margin in a fruit business to make it viable.

Liked this episode because of Ashneer's blunt statements and the guy who had 1.5% equity guy who was able to pitch his company well.

I suddenly laughed out loudly when Aman Gupta said here 12:35 that "Woh avi chala gaya" 😂😂. He was all ready to give them an offer but learning their reality of valuation he became shocked!

@@foreverything6903 cauz' they hoped of pre-money valuation to be more increased as their amount was just 25 CR. And maybe they didn't raised the amount that's y the pre-money valuation was less.

Ashneer is right Dhruv is doing this much work for this company for only 50k a month , after doing IIT and MBA from IIM. It's so baffling . He only has 1.5% in this company so that much is not enough for dedicating himself solely to this

I got angry after that so called CEO didnt try to share equity. Agar lalach nahi hai toh de kyu nhi rhi hai. I hate those silent types innocent looking people. They always have hidden ambitions which they are unaware

@@wifi_turboh2643 Har ek position apna quality demand karta hai. Agar koyi soch le ki uska idea hai woh CEO hai toh responsibility khatam. Aise nehi hotah bro. Koyi bhi nehi bol raha hai 5lakh deke CEO ban jayega, rather people are trying to say that being the CEO that person should have this quality of explaining his business which the other person has.

@Daniel g No one is underestimating anyone here. If a CEO is coming on a platform for investment then he should be able to explain his business and that's what the position demand.

@@wifi_turboh2643 ha chall bhai teri Baath manli ki acha CEO hai introvert hai but in business introvert ki koai respect and interest and investment hi nahi karrega...and Agar vo kuch bole ga hi nahi tho investment koan karrega...?and mainly 1.5% equity like seriously as vineetha ne bola 15% equity deserve karta aur karrna bhi chahiye uss ne serf invest karra hai but 0% faida hai uska....iss hisab hai vo tho 50K ke hisab ka job karr raha hai bhai samje💯 and ashneer ne bola ye business pakka loss mai ayega aur shut down hojaye ja Agar CEO nai barabar equity naa..dhi tho and vo 1.5% equity ka banda nahi raha tho ye business gaya bhaad hai samje. Introvert nahi chalega bhai business mai extrovert hi hona chahiye and last thing jab vineetha ne 15% equity dhene ko kaha uss bande ko last mai uss nai offer reject karra kyu...kyu ki serf vahi 75% equity rakkna chahata hai. @@ShivamGuptalic abe chuppe unhe dusre investors se offer mile hue hai 25 cr ki valuation tak ke.. aur company ke 10 percent share he total dillute kiye hai..un 10 percent mein se 1.5 percent dhruv ne buy kr rkha hai wo bhi sirf 5 lakh ruppees mein .. 🤷‍♂️... 14 percent ki equity kaise de dega. . sharks ne bina sunay bola wo.. 🤷‍♂️.. aur wo Gulshan Kumar forbes under 30 mein award winner hai 2019 mein.. 🙄.. equity jb jaati hai investor ko sbse jayda kiski dillute hoti hai wo bui dekh lena.. 🤣😂
