This product depends on how filthy you let your floors get and how big your area is. I have a small apartment and i also use this daily. I absolutely love how it works for me. I also dont have pets. For the price which i paid 40.00. it works great for me. Dont have unreal expectations. Common sense should tell you not to use it in a large house with lots of people and pets. Woirks great for a single elderly lady who is disabled and lives in a small apartment with no pets.
I really appreciate your honesty at the end. You didn't try to sugarcoat anything or try and come up with positive things to say after the negative. Those plastic vacuum pockets really seem a bit flimsy. Great review though!
I wish I would've watched your review before I bought one. Thanks for your review
Thank you so much for this review 13 mins is deff not enough for me, so this will be a no go. Thank you just subscribed!
Great info!!! I will choose a different mop product.
Great honest review. We got one as a gift and my biggest gripe also is the line of dirt it leaves when you switch to wet mopping. All the dust comes off the pad and up against the baseboard. I then have to take a paper towel and wipe it up. What’s the use of the vac mop when I have to do that extra step. I thought maybe I was just using it wrong. Thanks for letting us know you have the same issue 👍
Great review!
I don’t think it’s made for larger floors or deep cleaning, more like regular maintenance of small areas. I got one specifically for my bathrooms. I have a tineco for my other floors but didn’t want to use the same mop as my bathroom. In my opinion it’s great for just vacuuming up stray hairs/other bathroom debris and then giving it a quick mop. And then you never have to touch a dirty mop head or clean a dirty filter with bathroom germs. I agree $100 is way too much for what this thing is, but getting it on sale is a really good idea for the purposes I mentioned.
With your sale price you get 30 free pads or 20 free pads and a 2 litre bottle. The Pro Kit has 80 pads and 8 litres of cleaning fluid plus VACMOP for $185. Seems a better idea to get the cordless for $190. Includes solution replacement brush and filter.
The swiffer looks like it has better pads/cloths. They had a cordless Sweeper Vac useing dry cloths and the vac. Took about 14 hrs to recharge for 14 mins runtime. Battery run WetJet with Wet Jet cloths that squirts. Battery run Power Mop that squirts with a superior op head. Then Dry/Wet Sweeper. About 50 cents a cloth. So if you use both voia $1 spent. Special cloths for dog and cat hair noe one cloth for pet hair.
Just read. Shark HyroVac does it all at ounce. VACMOP requires you to use vacuumed and mop functions separately. Cordless has a stand and leave plugged in to continue cleaning. Out of stock currently.
I bought mine for $5, at Goodwill. At least I only wasted that, instead of full price. I might still use it for the sole purpose of the mop function, like a "better" Swiffer Wet Jet. I feel like this would out perform that.
Marketing probably states it is worth a buck a pad rather than deal with the dirt of a reusable one. S9 much for the b8gger compartment unless it is and alternative disposable.
Amazon shows an Overall best pick for reusable pads as well as the Bestseller. Keepow another one has a container twice as large and a good mop pad. Then there is Flami. 10 reusable for $14. Can be washed a thousand times. Dirt c9mpartment must be hand cleaned. The 13 m8n or 20 m8n def8nately not good if you need time. Probably best if you go on a maintenance routine for little dirt to clean. Plus a quick accident cleanup. Not how they advertise it. Yup the HydraVACMOP corded is for you.
But how heavy is it?
Looks like a good idea if it had worked. Thanks for saving me 100 bucks + tax!
It's only 10.3 lbs.
