African art is nice but going retail is a bad idea. She would need a lot of weavers if she wants to scale. I don't see how she can scale. But the product is nice and should be in boutique stores. I would happily buy a large basket and i'm very white lol. It is a perfect hamper. My mom had one for several decades. it was woven with some kind of wood. I will get one myself someday. Its a nice accent piece.

The baskets are so colorful and I like the idea that she's providing an income for her people back home. However, there are a few things I find wrong with her business, having 1.6 million in sales and only netting 75,000 dollars is ridiculous, customer acquisition is too high, plus spending $400,000 in one year on advertising is way too high. She needs to cut costs somewhere, or else her business will sink.

I don't think she knows how to market that's where her problem is. Not sure how these sharks missed that bit. The sharks could have asked her what the conversion rates of the traffics are, and find out where the leakage is. A good sales copy could make a drastic difference between conversion, therefore bringing her customer aquisition costs way down.

These baskets can never be landed for $18 she was greedy to sit on two chairs. Max landed 7-10 by most and still that can be reduced over increase orders. Insanely she was trying to make money from manufacturing and from selling. Whoever could have partner up with her would have realised the dirty game involved. Wish her best of luck but she ruined everything with 500k for 10%

If he were a drug addict, no one would respond to the question What do you want to be when you grow up When the 3rd-grade teacher asks, as many do, no child has ever responded "A drug addict. We all fall short and I am empathetic of a pregnant lady or anyone being robbed at gunpoint. Yet I'm saddened when someone becomes a drug addict. My heart breaks for all the wrong things. Yet, it tears my soul when someone is gunned down in the streets when it didn't have to be. Eric Gardner, Trayvon Martin, let's go back to Emmitt Till. History repeats itself. Jesus is just and he's wise and our heavenly Father knows and sees all and everyone shall pay for their misdeeds. So it's best to be on the right side with a pure heart having compassion. Yet the things I just mentioned will not be the only things that shall grant your name being written in the LambsBook of Life. If there is no unity there is no unconditional love.
