Here Ritesh was curious and wanted to go and see the lipstick making process, but before fully getting up, he wanted to check what the other guys wanted to do, which shows a some lack of self confidence and a certain lack of individualism. You would never notice such behavior among men in Denmark.

So I recommend you don't convert to product companies and keep it as service based company since it's profitable. Translation: I don't want competition. So even though other sharks are saying "become a product company since service/experience one is not scalable", please stay in this. But yes, I am out
