The first woman, Saumya, made me so uncomfortable. It also tells you how poorly employees are treated in this cosmetic and salon industry. Hope she learns from the feedback. Vineeta and Peyush were so right in their response.

that woman still didn't get it. sharks were not implying with certainty that she disrespects her clients and her staff. but language does matter. ye koi close rishtedaar nahi hai kee sochenge bas jawaan kadwi hai, warna bandi dil kee badi saaf hai. how you talk to them and talk about them is very very important. your language builds a perception about you, doesn't matter whether the perception is right or wrong. "aunties jinko english bhi nahi aatee" - sounds so shallow bro. that is not called being blunt, that is called being condescending and rude. she could have said that even the ladies (not aunties) from Delhi who don't have any international exposure (not English nahi aati) or awareness about beauty products, and are not particularly into fashion, have been excited about our products. she should work on this. she's a smart woman, she could do very well if she adapts.

A good strategic investment with a long tern focus with Kryzen, by Peyush. It HAD to be him! Hydroponics Farming has a massive growth potential in India and early movers will have a great advantage provided they are financially backed up by Investors like Peyush to share that vision. I say this because I've witnessed a meteoric rise in Hydroponics Farming down under here in Australia where folks are actually aware of the health benefits of the HF produce.

They didn’t explained hydroponics much.. there was lot more to tell them, demonstrate them, like its working, nutrition values as compared to conventional farming, best word for hydroponics yield product is EXPORT QUALITY. Hydroponics produces export quality yield, this is a farming technique that growing all over the world, you can even grow crops in a desert or in your room by setting all those procedures.

Last business pitch is amazing and Piysh is showing his interest and capabilities in such categories from season 1. Only thinking when my money comes back, I don't think that's a good approach as an investor. If you help someone built their ideas and take it world wide you will obviously make return. Any of the sharks don't need to depend upon such small investments for their needs and wants. So helping to make a better world would be a greater return for them.

It would be impossible to work with that 1st girl. Bad businesses can still recover, but bad attitude is gonna leave you nowehere. Itna arrogance for someone jiske brand ka naam bhi nahi suna tha, that's disappointing. Vineeta Ma'am is on fire this season. Her feedback is so on point and numbers pe jo hold hai unka, amazing 🔥

Agree so many...

The first girl displayed all the symptoms of having ADHD, I know it because I have too, I could be wrong as I’m no medical expert however it was very evident from the way she got defensive and couldn’t really shut up at points, moreover I’ve read about other possible symptoms that people could suffer from, I wish she seeks help for this, if not for ADHD then how to communicate.
