After watching the full video I felt that though it was hot in the hair environment but still the moment she pitched her product she was giving over confident vibe. And yes agreed to aman, she is currently focusing on her both I.e. Service and product business which didn't gave confident to investors. Her confidence in pitch gave the vibes like her product is the only one in the market but comparatively yes the packaging was missing the details. Also in nishhair Namita asked why nishhair is different and usp of the product. But here she was not able to give the ans that why her serums would be unique. She was over confident about her products and her certifications.

Namita aap please rehn do. This is sickening!! Recode ke saath bhi yehi hua tha and inke saath bhi. Her wellness centre and face yoga classes are a fantastic method for customer acquisition and increasing percentage of repeat customer. And retinol wala line she never mentions "revolutionary", Namita assumes it and downgrades that point. I think the founder only just needs to spend a little in education of the ingredients. Her bootstrapped business has an ARR of 5 crores and she owns 100% of the company! Bhai tumhare papa se mili hui business mein tum kitna karte ho? Aur tunhare dost ka business toh loss mein jaa raha, what's "revolutionary" in that?

I don't know why everyone is criticizing the sharks, I really think they were honest and gave good feedback
