Plot
"Shark Tale" is an animated comedy film released in 2004. It tells the story of a young fish named Oscar, voiced by Will Smith, who dreams of fame and fortune in the underwater city of Reef City. He works at a whale wash but gets caught up in a case of mistaken identity after accidentally killing a shark. To keep up the façade of being a "shark slayer," Oscar becomes a hero in Reef City, but he soon finds himself in deep trouble as he becomes entangled with the city's shark mafia led by the ruthless Don Lino, voiced by Robert De Niro. The film follows Oscar's journey as he navigates through his newfound fame, friendship, and facing his own insecurities while dealing with the consequences of his lies. Along the way, he befriends a vegetarian shark named Lenny, voiced by Jack Black, and develops a romantic interest in the beautiful fish Lola, voiced by Angelina Jolie. "Shark Tale" is a fun-filled adventure with themes of friendship, honesty, and acceptance.
