Hey QVC Will You Let Me Know When You'll Get The Powered Lift-Away Versions Of That Vacuum Cleaner?!
WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SHARK. We've had a Shark upright Navigator PRO for less than 2 yrs, and the flexible hose cracked at the upper portion that goes inside of plastic tube at the handle. I'm an engineer, and I removed all 6 screws, disassembled all that was possible, BUT there is no way to remove the broken hose piece from inside the plastic tube unless I brake the plastic handle, and if I force it there will be NO way to glue it back. I THREW IT AWAY and BOUGHT A DYSON. This is expensive but it is THE BEST OF ALL VACUUMS. If you hear good advice, never YOU buy a SHARK vacuum.

My Shark Rocket had issues too. The wand and attachments broke and the motor died a year before the warranty ended. I bought a Dyson Ball Total Clean a year ago from Sam's Club and it was amazing. I still have it and it's amazing.
