Shark Rescue in Walvis Bay Lagoon
In a remarkable display of marine rescue efforts, the Ocean Conservation Namibia team, led by Naude Dryer, rescued 15 sharks trapped in a shallow pool in the Walvis Bay Lagoon.
The video footage reveals the challenging conditions faced by the stranded sharks as they navigate the confined space.
The sharks rescued included the Spotted Gully and Smoothhound species.

Because they were already suffering and it was going to be hours before the tide came in.
Does not look like a rescue would have been necessary when the tide comes back in.

How long does it take for tide to come back in...in that part of my country the temperature can become unforgiving for deep sea creatures, even that muddy surface becomes extremely hot, its in the desert, the Namib desert...
