Hi, I own one of these. The first time I use this I found the dry dirt stays dry, and tank filled with dirty water in it. Few days later I figured out the whole tank is wet after cleaning. Is this normal? Please reply soon. I am about to return mine. I like the machine a lot otherwise.

ok, i want this, but i NEED to have something that can transition to dry vacuum carpet. - does it dry vacuum carpet as well - not area rugs, carpet. anyone know?

Is the rechargeable battery replaceable? If not hard no. A corded unit will last years longer but a battery unit that can’t swap batteries won’t last but a few years, maybe.

How well does the self cleaning function work? I have mine charging right now, just getting ready to test it out. I got mine from Kohls on sale and used Kohls cash, ended up being $160 after discounts.

I really like it, the vacuum will let you know when it needs a self cleaning. I used my vacuum like 5 times straight then it showed up on the LED screen

Thank for the review. I am interested in this one, but can you please check on the charger? What does that say? Is it 100~220v(or 240v)? or 120v(or 100, 110v) only?

How are you liking it months later?? I have a tineco but it stopped working. I bought it used so no warranty. So im hoping to find something a little more affordable lol

Longer than the clean water tank. If you don’t have enough charge left after running out of clean water you have to let it charge for a little bit before running the self clean cycle

I have mine on the charging dock when it’s not in use , mine last all throughout my cleaning routines without dying
