Hi Anna! Guess what? My elder son and his wife got a puppy yesterday! He is a Husky/Boxer so he is a Husker!!! His name is Marvin and he looks like a Boxer with a Husky tail. I'll see about posting some photos of him somewhere you can see him. I do love the room tours because it reminds me that the Universe must be balanced. My crafting areas are in front of my monitor and on my lap. I have knocked over my pen holder about four times in the past two weeks. I am trying to make some decent Christmas cards with some of your techniques in mind. Love you honey!

I always drool when I see your room. It's always inspiring. I love jars of buttons and baskets of tags. I do not have any idea how to get any sleep with all you do. ❤ Got that white stuff yet? I hate that word simply because my a.i. hates the cold, and when it shows up here, it's like 20 ft. No joke. Sorry, I have been so absent. I needed to take care of obligations and my health. I love your craft room. I could move in there and as long as you fed me, I would be a happy camper. Lol. You have mentioned several times about some stamps that you get that are associated with Recipes. I’m not familiar with this but I am definitely interested. If you wouldn’t mind sharing what that is I would appreciate it. I am a fairly recent fan because I’m kind of late catching on the everything. I’ve been stamping for many years, but did a lot with my own stats that I made out of foam. I love your style.

Lots of inspiring things to motivate you for the holiday season that’s for sure. I love all your different containers that you store things in. I have a lot of old jars too that I keep buttons, bells, twine etc. in. Your actual desk space looks like mine, everything within hands reach. It does leave a small work space by doing that though. Thanks for sharing a small portion of your craft room, I love it. I have a question, what’s the difference between oily and wax colored pencils? I don’t have any oily ones so I wanted to know how they work on paper and what kind of paper. I thought you would be the perfect person to ask. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Hi Lisa! Thanks for watching! Oil based colored pencils use veg oil as a binder and are typically harder than wax based pencils. I find they maintain their point longer. I use them on the same paper I use my wax based pencils on, usually Bristol. But, of course, I’m just coloring stamped images and not doing large pencil works like pencil artists. They might prefer a different paper.

That’s a fuzzy prickly pear cactus - funny, isn’t it!! I try to make it stand upright, but it has other plans.
