Looks like the baby one destroyed by real shaq

Problem is that today, Sofo is a power forward playing against an extreme center.

Do not forget, 2006, Lebron, a better player than Shaq, was owned by the Big Sofo.

Man, the European Champions Olympiakos, either the other teams like CSKA and Barcelona, if you check the quality in players and budges, are really much lower. But you had right in one thing. They are the rules, that makes them, ''friendly'' games, that can not be taken for granted. You just came to my words.

Shaq is much taller and buffed, and his a serious athlete. Sofo is a shorter, much less buffed, and he's not a good athlete.

I like Sofo and I m waiting for him to play to where he belongs the NBA. he belongs there not because of his good play but because of his strength and size. In Europe and more particular in Greece Big Sofo couldnt play more than 2-3 minutes without referees charging him for fouls just because opponents were to weak to handle him. One year in NBA will make him a different and better player, this season I m going to watch more NBA than ever.

nah dude.Isnt so simple.I m Panathinaikos :-) i ve been in this stadium you talk about many times.BUT there are lot of things instead a match.NBA players are more athletics.They training harder and the league is harder too.Nba for lot of years have 3 points line further than european league.NBA time is 4x12m=48min europe 40min of game.European league is more about tactics.Is like Greece won USA in Mundobasket but it was 1 match.Dont means Greece is better team than USA. :-)

What is Sofo, like 6'8"? Nowhere near big enough to play center in the NBA with his athletic ability.

Sofo's screen is legal in today's game look at draymond moving screen.

I am Greek. The reason we, Europeans, claim to play better basketball is simply because we can't play 1on1 like you Americans can. That's why EVERY European basketball player wants to go to the Nba and that's also why european teams rely so much on complicated tactics and open-shot systems. And yes, real Basketball is played in the NCAA. Not in the Euroleague, not in the NBA, but in the NCAA. Enough said.

SHAQ killed lil sofo. Just imagine if SHAQ was in his prime playing against sofo. Yea it woulda been uglier. SHAQ is just all around a better player. Better athlete, better foot work, better basketball IQ, and he's more mobile.

Schortsanitis is a nice player, but his game wouldn't translate to the NBA. He bullies dudes in the Euroleague but that just wouldn't happen in the NBA, being 6'9.

If an NBA team come in Europe to play they will probably lose, because they can't play with the european rules. Like Fenerbahce beat the Celtics. But if a european team come to NBA the american team will easily win. Sure NBA teams are better, but a great European team like Panathinaikos or CSKA can beat an NBA team in Europe. It's just the rules you are used to play with.
