    I love that she kept her filing mistake and showed how to fix it! A lot of tutorials would have skipped forward and edited it. We need more like this. When you're learning you need to know when and how to correct.

    Nice video! it's always better to blend the tip into the natural nail last after filing the sides and free edge or you risk the chance of weakening it and it breaking off.

    Coffin nails have very straight sides with a straight tip. Ballerina nails have softer sides (like with an almond nail) with a straight tip. Love your videos :)

    Simone Mendoza noo not yet. I will make a video in the future on how I apply acrylic so stay tuned for that😘 but actually I never follow a particular technique, just what feels right for me in the moment.

    How did you get the tips to stick on the hand cause I had a problem with them staying on. Also can we see on applying acrylic. Learned a lot. Thanks

    use your hand file to “buff” the top of the nail tips. i use to do it with my efile and i still had issues getting the nails to stick, but now with the hand file it sticks in seconds

    What glue did you use?... I tried gluing tips to the same trainer hand, and the tips just would not stick, and I used KDS glue.

    @ 19:50 you pulled the drill bit out a little to make it longer, can I ask why? What difference did that make for you.... beautiful work, I learned a lot

    Elishea James because the nails were pretty long I found it easier to make the drill a bit longer as well😁 and thankyou💖

    If you have longer nails and when you file them if you don't pull out the bit a little bit your nail drill will hit off your nail that you are filing.

    I thought we were gonna see you cut the nails. I notice alot of "nail techs" are using pre shaped tips. No shade.

    Hey girl! So the trick is to file all the shine off of the fake nail and then use a tip larger than the fake nail and then file the sides off ! That way it’s not wanting to pop up and stays flat 🥰

    DollFace Tae 😂 lol.... yessss... I could never get the tip to stick.. I use kds glue, and I’ve seen other KZreadrs use kds glue , and it worked for them, but not me.. I even tried holding the nail tip down for like 2 minutes, and still no success 😫😫😫

    The coffin shape is actually skinnier than the ballerina shape

    BabyK291 square/tapered square. The curving is just due to the type of tips that I used. You could do it straight aw.

    That doesn't really work. For taper square I would use square tips or long stiletto or coffin tips that you can cut down to the place where they start to become aligned with the nail bed if that makes sense 😅

    It’s the nail tip youre buying. Some sellers have straight nails and some have curved nails

    Wish my nail tech leave my nails this way because everytime I get coffin for some reason a week later they look squared n I just don’t like it!! n u tell them n they get so offended but cmon if u doing a poor job n ur coffin nails get looking squared u need to stop n listen to customer

    The shapes on the third bottom row should not exist, coming from a nail tech. They are not functional and horrible
