2 parts cement and 1 part fine sand, remember to keep it well moist so it doesn't dry quickly and crack

I'm pretty sure this is cement. that's what he uses in almost all his videos.

Is this mortar or portland cement ? Secondly, do you apply this at a thicker peanut butter - like texture or a bit more wet ? And how long do you wait until you carve back ? I am a younger mason, still learning, always learning lol Any tips ?

El mortero se compone de 2 partes de cemento Portland y 1 parte de arena fina. Esperé unos 10 minutos y luego corté la primera capa. el mortero se endurecerá después de terminado en 2 horas
