Shaolin Monkey Form
Shaolin Monkey form demonstration. Shaolin monkey form is a type of Xiang Xing Quan (fist). Xiang Xing Quan combines various animals movements, and boxing techniques. The martial artist must combine a multitude of techniques to master this form, which requires years of dedicated practice.

my guy did more exercise in 59 seconds than I do in a week LMAo.
His aerial is smooth, I like how he turns forward in the air

@@dominusmilans5478what? The gymnastics and flexibility alone is already extremely impressive and that’s not even mentioning using the staff as basically an extra limb.

Most impressive part is at 0:48 when he sticks that thing in his stomatch and pushes it like that about that uneven brick floor. Everyone knows what that feels right?
