Absolutely, I always got confused as to how gentle/how strong one has to be. In my own practice blocking myself cause I felt the need to only show the strong side but also knowing I have to live my very gentle side. I never really found the fine balance between until basically finding the videos of Shi Heng Yi, he is the personified balance between strength and gentleness, certainly an inspiration of what to strive for.

Being strong, knowing you can prove your strength easily and then choosing to be gentle, is where the power radiates. Being peaceful without integrated shadow, radiates weakness.

“You want know what is soft, you learn about the hard. You want to know what is freedom, deal with restrictions. You want to know what is relaxation, contemplate a little bit what is tension. Pay attention to the not obvious thing. Only together gives you perspective. It’s the constellation of both. You have the warrior at the core, but the way he behaves, you have the monk. In the average day, he is peaceful, but he is able to tap into the other area.”

If you want the hard (abs?) focus on the soft 😂😅 if you want the soft feeling of less burden, work harder to get it borne. Perfect common sense solution, it really is that focus with good direction … and your other insight about remembering to clear the mind to visualize the good that you want to see in the world and spend time embrace the good individual visions and fight/work diligently for them. Awesome teachings.

Thank you💜 completed 7 peaks hike challenge yesterday, 21km of perseverance, grounding the Full Moon energy, chatting and inspiring fellow hikers. Today, rest day. Moon in Cancer, couldn’t have planned it better on the rational level🤣 Your Soul knows. In the stillness one find the perfect guidance. Took me many journeys round the Sun to surrender the arms and ride the wave of my Higher Self🤩 Shaolin skills gave me the tools to connect to the Soul, anywhere I am, any situation I find myself in, I am guided by the Divine.

I have lost my god dad here in the united states, as a good free hearted mother who loves life and how this beautiful life and earth is apart of my strength and reasonings and unlike most, I am healing from the how so many have made mistakes and caused so much harm to my family and true friends, even when we may not agree, I have been able to know from childhood, its great to keep peace of mind and good heart and physical balance. I have skills and abilties but just because of others fear and thier determination to be off balance and crazy in the world and not honor the great life we are as a choice and how I have not wassted my life, respecting as much possible by my now deceased superiors I must remember my own self and serve greater purpose to love on family and great friends, elders who stood up for peace, happiness, love and everything that is a luxury and connection to beautiful investments we have made within and out, changing and being in a greater better improvement than ever despite what the world filled with people who have unkind and imbalances that cause so much suffering and despair. I am happy to find this channel that reminds myself of some deep root lineage and teachings that help all improve the self and more

Only tastin the both sides of the same coin gives us enough experience to create balance...mostly people taste one side and learn nothin..or they tastin one side for to long and get overwhelmed by the one dimensional experience and they fet intoxicated and run to the other side..balance is hard to achieve cause human nature doesnt like to change, but the transition from one side to to another is painfull, and that pain of transition, the timing is what scares people the most and they stay on one side for too long..the more we embrace those transitions the easier it gets to make them..and pain that comes with them is always there but we learn to accept it because we know that the other side is crucial for our balance and peace..
