shaolin staff is the most developed weapon in shaolin. It has been proven through out the last 1000 yeas or so. the information inside the forms is a treasure if you know what to look for

this weapon can be really brutal, strong enough swing to the head, that'll leave a mark.

@@Swan_Land That's true. With enough strength and the right Bo Staff, you can probably punch a hole in the head. The staff is not designed to kill, I mean. Killing is much easier with a knife.

Bo staff is Japanese! Made of bamboo or oak hardwood. This is Cudgel. As stated by The Master. It is a moderately heavy solid flexible waxwood sapling. It will knock you silly. Don’t bring a knife to a cudgel fight. Maybe?
