I think they missed a huge opportunity in the Dual Barons fight. Remember that back in Risky's Revenge, Risky kidnapped three of Squid Baron's kids and held them hostage, and Hypno Baron believed that Risky's plans were so terrifying that he was willing to protect Shantae, a hero, from her schemes. For Pirate's Curse I was expecting Hypno to confront Risky with a "whatever you're building this time, it can't be good for my evil business. Prepare to die" and for Squiddie to come on down with a "and I'm here for revenge! Remember that loyal viewers?"

I played this game as a kid and genuinely enjoyed it. I still play it love the gameplay. I realized certain things were a little... "suggestive" but it's usually not what comes to mind. At least not for me...

I think It's cool you can fight shantei, In a very similar fashion to Shovel Knight : Plague of Shadows, where you can fight Shovel Knight himself.

I mean it's a pretty decent dlc it's basically new abilities and leaves change to fit riskys abilities and the story is basically risky doing things for her own gain and the fact that reasoning for why they attack I'd kinda similar to shovel Knight except it's um not

those boots dont give Risky much in of an edge. She has weak mobility. I understand why Shantae wins. she's quick. if not for that dash attack and the canon jump plus her extra firepower Risky couldn't hope to compete. Also why blow up your own ship lady? that's absurd.
