Jeff Saturday hates Lamar period. He’s never giving him credit.

What I don’t respect about Saturdays segment is now that Lamar is proving himself as a passer, he’s moving the goal post. But in actuality anyone who has watched the ravens know this is a different team without Lamar. Lamar is indeed the mvp based off the standards they projected years before. He’s the best quarterback on the best team. He’s not a quarterback, he wins mvp. He can’t win a playoff game, he wins one. He’s not worth the money, he doubles back for another mvp season. When does it stop???

I mean you could say that about a couple other QBs. You think the Bills or Chiefs would be the same without Allen and Mahomes? Highly unlikely. Cincinnati showed they aren’t too bad without Burrow. I like Lamar, I think he’s had a solid season but I think MVP will come down to the last two games this year. Allen has had a great year but isn’t getting much credit for it. CMC is a solid MVP candidate. He put points on the board for the 49ers single handily. Lamar as well.

I’m a Ravens fan, since 2007, but I’m sick of Quarterbacks winning it. I’ve been watching football since 2004. I remember LT. I remember Shaun Alexander. I remember AP. Football is deeper than the Quarterback. CMC is having a phenomenal season. Lamar is great but his numbers don’t scream MVP. Lamar has always been a great regular season player. Lamar should be focused on the playoffs. It’s time for a SB MVP which is reachable. It’s time for the regular season MVP to go to a non-QB. Other guys put in work. Football is deeper than the quarterback.

Lamar has never had a pro bowler caliber receiver, his TOP 3 TE out of the season, best RB hurt, and still winning games. MVP easily and THE BEST QB IN THE LEAGUE

If that's the case, he better win the Superbowl. People say Mahomes always has excuses, well, there are minimal excuses for Lamar now. He has a defence Mahomes has had once in his career, he has a solid core of receivers, the whole AFC has QB injuries, and the Chiefs have stumbled with no receiving core and Mahomes dipping. The only obstacle is the 49ers in the SB, maybe Miami. If you want to be known as the best QB, win the Superbowl, now or never.

No one talked about saquon getting mvp when he had over 2000 yards. But when the white running back does he's should be a chance. Carolina had no weapons and cmc couldn't get going regularly but he relies on San Francisco to be loaded offensively to be this good all the time.

As great as CMC may have looked early he got shut down in the second half by the ravens defense Lamar has been consistently the MVP for almost the entire year. Their should be no more debate❗️

They were down by 21 in the 3rd so they had to throw. There's no reason to run the ball in that situation.

@@BlackStarNate CMC still got 103 yards which is still more than all of the Ravens combined. Kyle Shannon is 1-32 when trailing 3 or more points in the 4th. Play action doesn't work when the defense knows you need to pass.

As a Steelers fan I approve Lamar Jackson for MVP this season...has stayed consistent throughout team injuries but he has to make a Superbowl run this year.

If you build a team around a player who is the leader. The ENTIRE team, and they beat EVERYBODY and have best record, that guy has to be MVP.

Bills RBs literally have only 1 redzone td. Josh Allen has statpadded redzone tds every single year. Ravens RBs have 17 tds in the redzone... If Lamar wanted to be selfish and statpad too, It really wouldn't be hard for Lamar to get those TDs like he did in 2019

Ridiculous: if the Ravens play the Bills(and the Bills aren't defeating the Bills) in the playoffs, Lamar wants nothing to do with running for Josh Allen-level TDs. Lamar better avoid running like Josh Allen(== off tackle, stiff arm a DE, run through a LB) does in the red zone/short yardage situations against the Bills defense: because he'll get knocked out. You know how I know this? The last time we played you in the playoffs: Lamar threw a red zone pick 6, then we knocked him out of the game. He tried to outplay Josh Allen by playing like Josh Allen: standing in the pocket no matter what, stiff arming pash rushers, etc. It was working for a bit, and I admire him for trying, but he simply can't do it. He'll get knocked out. Lamar also can't play his game: dance around in the pocket/wait till somebody gets open between the hash marks, against the Bills. He can do it against a lot of teams, but not us. You know how I know that? Because he tried it the last time we played, and we beat you because of it. 3rd and long, incomplete, over and over. Lamar completed 1(one) 15+ yard ball, all game, outside the numbers. Allen's superior arm meant he completed at least 8 of those. You couldn't score, while Josh Allen, putting aside awful ref calls and turnovers, STILL drove he length of your field, on your D, in the 4th quarter: to win the game. Notice the pattern? Every time: Josh outplays Lamar, and wins the game. You talk about your run game being awesome, you talk about your defense being awesome. Yet, Josh Allen beats you. Either: you are lying about your run game, defense, and all the rest, and it isn't that great -or- all of it is true, except when you have to play against Josh Allen. Then, it's simple: none of it matters You can only pick one. And, if it's the 2nd one, then by your own words: Josh Allen is the MVP. Look, we've heard everything you're going to say already: we have to deal with the Tua idiocy every year, and every year it's the same result. On the field, Tua never outplays Josh Allen. On the rare case we lose to them: we get beat by ourselves, or the heat, or our own coach. Josh doesn't get beat by anybody.

The Ravens just proved last night that they are the best team in the entire NFL. Now all they have to do is beat the Dolphins to secure the #1 spot in the AFC. As a Ravens fan, I hope they do clinch the #1 seed for the playoffs HOWEVER, I hope they keep the same energy in the playoffs (When it matters most). I hope the Ravens do go to the SB and win.

Purdy finally got his welcome to the NFL moment. Nobody game plans for Dak or some of the other players. Hill, Jackson and McCaffery are the game changers producing numbers and or wins.

How important is CMC to San Fran if he can do his thing and the 49ers still get whooped? Stop trying to push false narratives. Nobody is more important to their team than Lamar is to the ravens
