@@jaydot4956I blame the City. Food Culture is HUGE in New Orleans and these predatory Chefs target this man with free meals just so they can use him to advertise their business. He doesn’t even have to pay, and they bring him tray after tray of delicacies while he gorges himself. There was an incident at a popular spot were they serve jambalaya and they brought a giant bowl to serve 4 people with 4 bowls, Zion had them take the 4 bowls away and he ate out the giant serving bowl while some of the staff looked on in horror. They say his eyes glaze over and he sighs while he devours his food and the irony is that he doesn’t eat fast like a pig he eats slow and robotic. It’s sad because our team would be so good if he got in shape.

i feel they're going too hard at him that the real problem is not being seen. he most certainly has an eating disorder and that's a mental illness. he's human just like us, it's very possible the gigantic hype prior to his selection got to him, and that's okay. but regarding that possibility, crying about how he should not be the way he is and how he should get his weight down will amount to nothing in the end until the disorder is addressed.

Not everybody have the mindset to be great, if its a choice between rings or bags, most players will choose the bag. At the end of the day, this is a "job", you cant pay bills with rings. The real reward playing in the NBA is the money and fame. Some want it all, money fame and the championships, most will settle with just the money. Harrison Barnes could stay in GSW earn less and become a multiple champion, instead he choose for the bag in Sacramento. Mike Malone wanted to run it back with Bruce Brown, but he said ill get that 2yr/45m contract in Indiana instead.
