I approved this video. I'm so happy Tung and Steve are talking Cantonese while Danny is doing his filming and filling. BTW, Chinese don't add salt but soy sauce .

Each dish looked more enticing than the next. Definitely appealing and well plated. This is one of those must try establishments.

What's with the frozen veg in the fried rice .is there a Walmart nearby ?

Nice video with you, Tung, Steve and Shang. The only thing missing was the Beef Chow Fun or chicken feet that Shang does not have. I went the old one once and was impressed until I bit into the beef pancake where it exploded all over me. It was good even though it exploded. I need to go back and try them again.

I don't know if that place is Cantonese or not, but if they offered chow fun (which I didn't see on the menu) it would be pretty good. Regardless, the food all looked good, fresh and it was obviously seasoned well enough that a certain someone mentioned it was spicy enough :D

I’ve always sort of thought that many Asians use soy sauce almost AS salt. (Not that I’ve ever given Asians-and-salt too much thought.) But you’ve taught me that salt is still a common table condiment used by Asians… or at least by Asians originally from Hong Kong. 😂

I wasn’t impressed with what wr ordered yesterday! I ordered shrimp chowmein and the shrimps were tiny and not fresh and salty- and believe me I like salty foods! My sister had chicken show mein and it’s the same thing- it’s salty and the chicken was dry! Maybe I’ll order what you ordered next time!

Looks like they went too light on the soy sauce in the fried rice I did that once trying to watch my salt intake. It was not good No skimping on the soy sauce

I had these noodles before and they were just ok. Din Tai Fung has better braised beef noodle soup. The Prince Street pizza was meh.
