ATTENTION Organizers of This Tournament: This is the announcing team you need on as many matches as possible! Good commentary, not overdone, they don't act like they are competing against each other, and they actually stay quiet for a bit. Also, congrats to SVB.

Thank you Predator for putting this World Tournament together in a world class program. Very enjoyable, wish I was there. And thank you for keeping the traditional pool ball colors. The refereeing team (EPBF referees) work with handheld devices for ages. Pretty easy for all sides involved, and not costing anything to the promoter. What is needed is a ref making a call 10 sec prior to end of time, to inform a player. Never let anybody down (yet there were instances when players were late with the shot, resulting in a time violation foul). Can't argue that a visible shotclock works good for the viewing audience.

@@johnfritsch258 No. He said this on his Facebook : 4 things I have to say about this… 1. It’s unfortunate for the billiard industry that pro players are being put into a position to have to choose which events they will be playing next year and toward the future. 2. Bye bye WPA! 😎 I have decided that I can not back an organization that can put players and promoters in bad situations. I will be playing matchroom events only and possibly few smaller events in the US that is not sanctioned by WPA or BCA. We will see what the future holds for our sport and just keep in mind, I’m not asking other players to join me, but I wish everybody the best of luck on deciding what is best for them in these rough times. 3. I don’t feel that anyone should be able to tell a player what they can play and I don’t worry for me but I do for the players that don’t have the same support from sponsors that I do. Their ability to make money is going to be limited based on only being able to play limited events. 4. Less tournaments for me to play

She received her green card/ residency permit long before Fedor. And what? Did the pool world consider her American? Nope, she continued playing under white flag, since WPA lifted the ban. It is only a matter of time when both get US citizenship, so any eager fan has to keep patient. But as of now, it is just a move by Matchroom. They even made a fix to their own rules on this matter. We should call it 'Fedor Rule' ever since.

It's annoying when your opponent has a simple, obvious shot on the 8 and you're about to lose the rack, but then you have to wait for him to find a marker, walk around the table to place it and walk back -- a pointless waste of time. That, and the "cue ball fouls only" rule are supposedly because there is no ref, but the 8-ball marker is nonsense; everyone can clearly see what pocket is indicated.
