This Shane "story" is the epitome of making mountains out of molehills.

This is absolutely beautiful. He has basically this would mean that Vince McMahon was right all along. People prefer to have burst of excitement rather than long-term ongoing stories. McMahon built his whole promotion on getting bursts of pops because nobody has an attention span to keep up with long-term stories

And a lot of aew fan will not be happy too. If Shane were to come to aew, whatever role that be I don't think it will get the reaction people would think, wrestling fans would go crazy for sure but it be short lived, if this happened say 10-15 years ago then a mcmahon going to another promotion you have a lasting effect.

Shane McMahon sold tickets in 2016, because no one had seen him for 7 years and back then he was still tolerable. By the time he finally disappeared again, the only person more toxic to the product than him was his father. Outside of Triple H, I don't care if we never see another McMahon on TV ever again.
