I don't comment on drama very often, but I feel I need to say that I am concerned about James at this point, because lesser scandals have resulted in people taking their lives. From what I have seen thus far, it does appear that James has engaged in some reprehensible behavior, and needs to answer for it. But I hope that he has some people who genuinely care about him, to assist him in getting help, and to pull through this in the healthiest manner possible. His lack of maturity, coupled with his toxic behavior, makes me worry about his reaction to all of this. :(

@justin d I wasn't talking about the Gage situation. I think, in all honesty, the Gage situation is a mess for both of them and, as you said, everyone was kinda a problem in that situation. There's a number of other instances. But above all, how he treats straight men as a "challenge" and how he acted like a predator towards men. If someone is in the spotlight, he has some responsibility to not act like a man who identifies straight is just a figure in a game.

That Coachella guy was clearly playing games or interested. I fail to see JC having any power over adult men. He isn't physically imposing considering he likes men that are taller and bigger than himself. Agreed I had a girl try so hard to pick me up she kept putting her hands on me and following me even after telling her kindly multiple times I'm straight and uncomfortable she continued to push herself on me. Like the video said I got frustrated and physically fought her it wasn't pretty and I felt bad and it was no excuse but she was taking it to far each time she came up to me. Creata A I get your point and people do have the power to shut people down but that’s why there is a thing called ‘harassment.’ And that’s why there are laws to prevent it, I get where you’re at but its like you’re saying men can’t be bothered by behaviors like that just because they’re more physically fit to have no trouble with it. The Dolan twins and Emma haven’t actually been seen hanging out with James for months now. Even at Coachella they weren’t seen with him but the 3 of them were together. Many speculate they had a falling out awhile back ago with James but none of them have addressed it. MY OPINION maybe the twins and Emma started to see this “ugly” side of James so they just cut him off but they didn’t want to make a whole scene about it so they avoided saying anything, but I think these recent events are the icing on the cake for them to fully cut him off even on social media.

I’m not 100 percent sure why Emma dropped him but I heard in another video that the Dolan twins were upset with him for not flying out for their dads funeral. Instead he stayed home and made videos saying he was “so bored” and “had nothing to do” which is an understandable reason to drop someone. If you’re going to call them your best friends and then not even go to their fathers funeral, that’ honestly so sad.

Ok, from a studying psychologists perspective here, when somebody is placing priority on their own sexual gratification and completely removing themselves from the other persons feelings - we have a huge problem. Fetishes are normal, everyone has them. But not everybody hurts others with their fetish. James puts a higher value on his fetish than he does on another humans wellbeing, and that’s sexual deviance. The thing is from all the information that has come out, these guys went to James' DMs, the thing is once they figure out that this isn't something they want he continued to lure them in and try to convince them that they want to be with James. That is the root of the problem not the fact that James seeks them out. He obviously makes himself available for these guys who are questioning their sexuality and he knows how to manipulate them because it's obvious that it has probably worked before for him so his predatory behavior is mostly him using any means necessary to get them to be with him sexually.

I'm so glad you said how dangerous what James is doing can be. I've seen other channels criticizing James but not talking about how dangerous catfishing straight men can be. I know someone who has a loved one who simply got tipsy and flirted with a straight man. This man turned out to be a horrible person, homophobic and violent. He beat the guy who flirted with him up so badly that he was in a coma and even years later, suffers permanent brain damage. What if a psychopath homophobic man sees james pop up on his tinder and decided to lure James in, pretending to be interested so that he could beat/murder James? Sounds far fetched but it's happened. Yes it's 2019 but there are still dangerous and unstable people filled with hatred towards gay people. Men who believe being gay is a crime and goes against God. Men who would take pleasure in beating up james Charles simply for being gay or for flirting with them online. It's beyond irresponsible of James to be doing this. It also gives homophobic people ammo to continue the disgusting narrative that all gay men are sexual predators who want to hook up with anyone regardless of their sexuality. My late husband family was obviously homophobic. One time we went to a bar with his family and this lesbian couple were there. His family kept staring and then I got up to go to the bathroom and his mom stops me. She goes "don't go in there, the lesbian is in the bathroom" and I was always polite and respectful to his mom but this got me so mad. I said "so what?" His mom said she was trying to protect me and I simply go "she is a lesbian, not a rapist" and stormed off into the bathroom. Though it seems like we've made so much progress, there are still people who blindly hate the LGBTQA+ community and stereotype that gay men go after straight men as reasons behind their homophobic mentality....so James consistently acting this way is not a good look Edit. Ok, thanks for the likes 😁 but some people are misinterpreting what I'm trying to say. I'm not talking about sexual assault or rape. If someone is trying to physically harm you, protect yourself!! I'm talking about the fact that James is advocating for messaging straight men on tinder, in DMs ,ect. These people are strangers, who have identified as straight, and you don't know by a photo if this person isnt some homophobic angry man who hates gay people so much that he will play along, meet up and harm you. James is normalizing to his young audience that it's okay to hit on and pressure straight men on social media and that is dangerous. If James Charles was trying to sexually assault you, of course protect yourself....but if you are a straight man and a gay man messages you on tinder or IG, I'd suggest blocking them. Most normal humans would block the person. Sadly there's a small percentage of the population who would want to physically harm someone simply for being gay and that is what I was talking about.

Well put girl, society has come a long way but some people get stuck in their social media bubble where everyone is accepting etc and forget there are still people out there who have some horrible views.

Well said. Especially with straight men its always a 50/50. Some straight guys will simply ignore or try to let down a gay guy easy with a nice "hey man..." and others will slander or beat a gay man if they ever tried to talk to them. Social media is so full of the accepting era and everyone trying to put a good image of themselves online, that people forget how dangerous reality's people can be.

Agreed I had a girl try so hard to pick me up she kept putting her hands on me and following me even after telling her kindly multiple times I'm straight and uncomfortable she continued to push herself on me. Like the video said I got frustrated and physically fought her it wasn't pretty and I felt bad and it was no excuse but she was taking it to far each time she came up to me. This was in high school over 10 years ago but things like that do happen James isn't to far from that happening.

@@amanda3963 I have had a lesbian stare at me so badly it made me scared..I was at Bingo and got up and moved my stuff to another table in the opposite direction cause every single time I looked up she was staring..Same happened to my husband when a man did it to him while we were trying to eat at a restaurant..My husband kept saying he wanted to beat the dude but I told him to ignore it and he held himself back from getting up and saying something.. I dont think they realize how uncomfortable straight ppl feel when they flirt..We are not homophobic in general but we become it if they hit on us..You dont have to be a 'psychopath' to get upset..It's like a fight or flight response

C White Yep, and his mannerisms and his… questionable outfits make me wanna barf. It's just something about him that grinded my gears, even before the allegations came up. And then the fact that that I found out about this allegation where he supposedly molested a 14 year old boy, who identified as straight, in high school when he was 17 🤢🤮🤮🤮
