One of the hardest and happiest things we do is to judge the finalists for the year-end $25,000 grant. 2022 was no different.
“Hardest” because there are so many worthy women entrepreneurs like you, that judging is mentally (and emotionally) challenging. And, of course, it’s one of the “happiest” things we do since the $25,000 grant can be a life-changing boost to a business.
The 2022 $25,000 Amber Grant winners are Shana Marie Gilbert and Laura Lind from Greenwood Village, Colorado. They are the co-founder of The Sweetest Bean and our June 2022 Amber Grant recipient. They ethically source vanilla beans from Uganda, providing American consumers with vanilla worthy of the most discriminating baker, pastry or dessert chef!
