Mini Craft is actually a ripoff of another ripoff, Survival Craft, which you now have to pay for. Survival Craft actually wasn't that bad, it was fun and sometimes I'd choose to play it over real Minecraft. I knew it was a ripoff immediately of the game not only because of the customization menu (choosing between male and female changed your gameplay; the text was the same, and so was the character model, but not the skins [those were probably made by the community]), but also because of the game itself and its items. The world was very nice, had a smooth game motion, and had interesting creatures and items that were different from Minecraft. It also had a multi-player option where you could play I'm community servers, and that's where I spent most of my time when I played it. Good times, man.

One fun thing I noticed is that some ripoff games are ripoffs from other ripoff games. The last game strongly reminded me of survival craft. The graphics, the physics etc. But I need to admit that Survival Craft was a damm good ripoff. I used to play it back then because it had MORE features than original Minecraft PE. Survival Craft had infinite world generation even before Minecraft PE did

Alright, Minecraft ripoff related storytime: I went to this weird ass elementary school. The whole thing was an... interesting story, but we’re just gonna focus on the Minecraft ripoff here. So there was this after school program and we would get two hours of computer time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Every student there loved Minecraft, we would watch a lot of KZread videos of it. It was also well established that Minecraft was educational. And most parents approved of it. And the school could afford it, although that privilege would be fleeting. Anyway, for whatever reason, they got us a weird game called MineTest instead. We had a school server that we would play it on. Anyway, here are the details I remember about MineTest: -no beds. I remember particularly struggling with this one. -good graphics, I guess. -very limited number of blocks. -we would do this thing called “lava-ing” where we would fill each other’s houses with lava, a substance that worked kinda like a block and didn’t actually burn anything. I was one of the “un-lava-ers”, who would go around removing the lava from people’s houses. Now, why did the school buy this weird game? Well, I think I have an answer. There was a time where I overheard two teachers talking and, this is a direct quote: “Minecraft is such a lazily made game. It’s like the Weasley’s house from Harry Potter. There’s always some mistake, and when they try to fix it, the whole thing collapses.” There’s a lot wrong with that statement. They finally gave in and bought Minecraft in my fourth year.

Oh my gosh when worldcraft was mentioned thousands of memories just flooded through my head. Also, Jennifer was my all time favorite skin before some new skins came out in an update, when I switched to Phoenix and finally a cat girl i cant remember the name of. I covered some of a throw away world in cake, waterlogged abandoned houses in multiplayer creative, left multiplayer survival alone because crafting was broken and way more shenanigans. Made some of my best online memories there. I don't even know why I abandoned that game as soon as I got Minecraft for my birthday when I loved worldcraft more.

I had Minecraft PE but I still played the rip offs, and Survival Craft, although I stopped playing survival craft because just something about it bugged me, probably because it was kinda bad. Much better then other ripoffs though. Survival Craft was the best Minecraft rip off. Though the textures were so unappealing and it got boring really quick even if it had like 2x the amount of stuff Minecraft does (Quality over quantity bois)

I used to play a lot of Minecraft rip-offs and I once came across this game called survival craft that was actually made with love and care knowing it was constantly updated and it gave you the option to share maps with the rest of whatever community it had, Mini block craft 3d only seemed oddly polished because they just ripped off a Minecraft inspired game. I couldn't put my finger on it but until I saw the spawn eggs at 14:26, I instantly remembered.

Ngl Worldcraft is my childhood, it's how my FNAF AU was made, Bella being the first character created from Worldcraft

when I was like 9 or 10 I played a minecraft ripoff cuz I couldn't afford the 7 dollars it costed lol it wasn't amazing but it was good enough to keep me and my sister distracted until we were able to get it most annoying parts were the weird golden enderman ripoff that had a small chance of crashing your game if it touched you and the fact that you needed to double tap to place a block

The trees were just like MLMs, they claim to be something normal but in reality they are pyramids.

Oh yeah!! My step siblings showed that to me, and we would always play it together since they had PE and I didn't. We put on the normal minecraft texture pack and had some really fun worlds. Those were good times, thank you for helping me remember :')

I’ve played 2 Minecraft ripoffs in my life: Crafting (piracy) Block craft 3D (a possible ripoff) Block craft 3D may have ripped off the blockiness and creativity/opportunities of Minecraft, but apart from that it’s pretty different. On the other hand, Crafting was straight up piracy of an old version of Minecraft (you could still have 99+ items and beetroots weren’t added yet [there were beetroot seeds though]). When you opened up the game, the background looked like it was straight from Minecraft (it probably was) ad the only splash text was “It’s a secret!”, and I can see why they said that, because piracy is a crime and they’re taking money from Minecraft, so they want their app to be kept a secret or else the FBI could learn about it! If you got on a world, your inventory would be filled with stuff like bricks, wood, cobblestone, torches, stairs, etc. The app was loaded with ads, so much to the point that they could actually crash your game. I remember that you could only play the game for a minute or two before a bright red countdown would appear at the top of the screen, and it would either lead to an ad or it would crash your game without saving your progress. I think I got crafting on a Samsung or android tablet, I don’t remember. And I don’t know if it got removed from the App Store, but you might be able to find it. So if you think those ripoffs were bad, try and see if you can find Crafting. Also maybe try out Block Craft 3D, it seems like a pretty good game and I liked playing it.

I used to play Worldcraft when I was incredibly young and poor and my parents refused to buy me Minecraft (and they still do.) I still do sometimes when I want to feel nostalgic or remember how incredibly poor I am.

Before I got Minecraft PE I had a game called Exploration. That game was sort of a Minecraft rip off. It says it’s inspired by Minecraft and I actually found that game enjoyable. I made a little city in it that I loved. There were no ads and there were a decent amount of blocks. The game got taken off the App Store and was replaced by a different game called Kiloblocks which I sometimes play now. My city got deleted and I was sad (not anymore) Ok goodbye go read some other comment.

When I was little, there were these three Minecraft ripoffs I loved. One was basically Minecraft pocket edition but free, one was Minecraft but it didn’t save if you left the game, and one saved, but didn’t have water and the textures were bland af. I had the time of my life on all of them. I miss them honestly
