Hapo kwa feeds mumenoa. Feeding 9kgs per day ni kuumiza ngombe. It's 9kgs dry matter. You need to calculate based on your feeds what percentage of the feeds is water. As a rule feeds for a 500kg cow is around 50kgs( if mostly nappier grass. Mixed with hay the quantity goes lower because hay has higher dry matter)...but that depends on the dry matter content of the actual feeds.
