It's amazing to me how two parts of the world separated by thousands of miles of ocean develop such similar ways to use sound frequencies to meditate and heal. I love the vibration of the drums. It's so therapeutic and spiritual cleansing for my spirit. Good way to start off my day.

I have had trouble sleeping through the night the last couple of weeks. I listened to this last night and slept like a baby, without waking until morning. Thank you! Love it, and I know my body and mind did too. 💕🥰

It's amazing what songs can do. The frisson that this song produces within me allows me to give myself permission to feel the connection that is within all of us. The tree's, the grass, the air around me, the warmth from our star, the critters working together in harmony, the unconditional love that is within all that is. It reminds me that love is the key and being on earth to experience this grand orchestra of chaotic beauty including the massive changes that are happening now, is such a great honor. It's a sacred experience I'll hold to me closely.

I have anxiety and I also feel what you do when bells chime! I go to meditatr at a temple and same thing happens when is all quiet and suddenly they speak so you open your eyea. I ordered a shammanic drum and came here to listen.

There's no way I could sleep to this. The drumming reminds me of a dream-vision I had. It seemed during an ancient period of time. I was dressed in a single animal skin and using something like a hoop to tap against my bare thigh while dancing. So, I'm going to dance! Thank you for this amazing and awesome drumming! I have to get this out.. I was listening to some bogus viking warrior music while smoking DMT and literally had an an experience like being in the pits of hell. That's NEVER happened before! I use DMT about every other week.. tonight It made me realize that meditation and prayer can give me the same experience. My tounge literally wouldn't let me say in the name of Jesus Christ... I finally got it out and the darkness was gone. I've had twice now something pull me off my bed.. well nearly off. That's years of doing this medicine. Point is I LOVE this music and am going in hard on my meditations instead of trying for the DMT quick fix. Namaste 🙏 I love you all and you all love yourselves.

Try putting speaker against your chest right above where ribs connect in the V. Your body radiates with it as well as the mind. The bell is rather distracting but I know the frequency is for a reason
