I totally understand what he's talking about. I also experienced a great serpent on Ayahuasca, she entered my body and pushed something out of my throat, healing me. I think he is talking about kundalini energy and feminine energy, shakti, the cosmic feminine principle. Crazy how much this all resonates right now. Serpents have been a synchronicity I’ve been noticing lately... This and purging, death, life, birth and these recurring themes and cycles we go through. I had a very similar dmt trip to you Dakota the difference being i had a cosmic hand made of light n colour reach into my brain and chuck my thoughts out of my mind and i could see the thoughts become fractals and spin off forever until there was nothing left. all of this though took place in the blue desert you described in other videos, i think these places are real and each time it teaches something different. the saying the rings true to me is "It felt more real then what this does". Late to the party, but my first 5 trips were an assortment of shrooms and lsd and acid. I knew nothing about anything in regards to psychedelics and all of them I had closed and open eyed visuals of snakes then did dmt and also saw a snake. I seen the same thing Chinese dragon then into a budist temple made out of light then got mind fucked by a multi coloured worm and had a cosmic climax of the mind the experience was extremely overwhelming with pleasure. .. My pal tried it after and vomited half way through his trip woke crying and probably the most scared I've ever seen anyone thought he'd been asleep for hours he was saying never again.. I'm Mexican and Salvadorian, my first time taking DMT I ended up in a Mayan/Aztec looking temple and I saw something moving around me that was transparent you could only see the outlines of the scales barely and then it showed itself to me. It was Quetzalcoatl, the most beautiful creature I've ever seen in my entire life and it bit me before I could notice too much right in the head it didn't wrap itself around me it just covered my entire head like in the illustrations you see frequently. I just had a similar experience. He swallowed me, I have being inside his belly. I felt like I was becoming a snake during the experience. I also saw my minf being spawned in a Aztec temple during a ritual with a Shaman on stage and followers in front cheering. I got my vision split in half, to the right I saw pyramid, eye, woman in lotus position with chakra and mirror reflecting me. I find amazing that he’s integrating Psychology theory and ancestral knowledge in one conversation. I think it depends on which “power plant” you’re using. Some plants give you more insight to your mind (your repressions, desires, emotions) like Ayahuasca. And some plants give you more connection outwards like shrooms. It can be both things: something of your repressed unconscious that is trying to emerge, or an archetype of the collective unconscious (a figure that we all give meaning and it’s in our DNA’s). Those are Psychology theories. The first one, from Freud (the one that Artemio followed). The second one (archetypes and collective unconscious) from Jung.

I think that people can have common re occurring themes in experiences with the subconscious mind whether by way of substance or just deep and prolonged practice with meditation. I have never been truly pysched out on anything because the few psychedelics ive ever consumed were very low dosage and mild strength but before I had even done that I meditated on my third eye chakra and practiced mindfulness and being in the present a lot and I had some very vivid lucid dreams including a rainbow sky with some interesting letters that looked like an almost alien language. I heard someone talk about the same experience about 3 months later (in her case with peyote) and she had done an illustration of it too which looked remarkably similar to what i saw in a lucid dream or hypnogogic hallucination?with no drugs at all.

Hey dakota. I had an experience very similar to yours, although it was after smoking a joint and not doing dmt. Had an intense feeling of movement in my torso, like a swirling, and it was also overwhelming, so I closed my eyes and just tried to accept it. Then I had visions of a colorful serpent (although it was more light/white than real colours) just slithering, but not entering inside me, just the vision of the movement of the serpent. This shit is fucking crazy! hahaha

The Vedic serpent dragon Rahu-Ketu in astrology helped me figure out my life path and how to deal with problems that come up for me. In the West we call him the North Node/South Node. An alternative explanation could be that serpents are a potent symbol of healing, have been in many cultures for thousands of years. I believe you experienced a cleansing of some sort, perhaps sexual in nature but perhaps not. Some form of healing. The gut is intimately connected to the brain and consciousness, maybe this also has something to do with it. The serpent is also symbolism for knowledge and wisdom, and can also be interpreted as a symbol of enlightenment. There is also duality involved

@@dakotawint i remember you said once in the discord you're not sure if you were born 12:22 AM or PM. i checked them both and if its PM in western astrology you'd be a Sagittarius moon but if AM, you'd be a Scorpio moon. you seem to fit scorpio moon more tho but Sag would also make sense
