She actually writes her own stuff; Empire especially, being a very personal song (about her and her husband) was written by her. Both are good but Shakira has more experience in music and art. Igual llevo 6 años conociendo está canción, me recuerda mucho los últimos momentos que viví con mi Padre antes de que falleciera, recuerdo que días antes había salido la canción y todavía el sentado en el sillón dijo que "La Colombiana" se escuchaba muy bien, días después falleció y esas palabras que él dijo las recuerdo y me llegan al corazón, por eso cuando la cantó en el Super Bolw me estremecí al escuchar la canción 😭 Shakira sin duda alguna con su música mueve corazones ❤️
