To keep his weight in check, Jones is mostly trained with a portion of wet food. Have fun training!

Hi! Thank you for your videos you have a great way of explaining and expressing clearly exactly how to complete the training . Question- is it possible to skip getting both paws on target and jump to one paw? Or would that not work?

My cat appears to be loving the paw target training, interesting enough much more than the sticky note training. Can’t wait for the back paw tutorial while we are working on this one! Thank you so much ❤ Question: what is the size of these yoga blocks?

I've never measured them but they are standard size yoga blocks.

Hello Julie, and thank you for your videos. Forgive me asking this question here. I did look at all your video titles and didn't see this one. If I have two kittens, how do I focus on one kitten to train while the other may be around? Would I temporarily crate the one and focus on the other? Thank you for any advice - and if you addressed this in a video, please accept my apologies.

I'd love to see cat training for introducing a cat to water. I have an inkling that my black boy cat, Willow, would love to swim or play in very shallow water if he just knew what it was like!

Honest question, how do you feed your cat so many treats without the cat getting overweight? I'm worried to feed that many treats because the package says 12 a day max and 4 is equal to a cup of food. Is there better treats to feed in excess?

I do a lot of training with my cat's food - either wet food on a spoon or pieces of dry food. You don't need to use a lot of treats to train your cat.

hey! I don't know if you still check these messages, but I was wondering if you think a cat could be trained to be friendly with my budgie. If so, how could I do this?

Instead of putting one paw on the block , my cat either does both paws or tries to swat my hand with a paw. Any suggestions on how to get the idea of one paw on the block and discourage the swatting?

Since they protrude I find it easier to cut without touching their feet too much while they sleep.

By he backs are the ones my cats doesn't like.

How old should I start training my baby? She’ll be 8 weeks in 6 days. By another KZreadr I was advised to wait till 12 weeks. What do you think?

Our cats try to bite when we touch there paws or pull away

Your cat is the exact same as mine that died last year. Every now and then I see a black cat that resembles her exactly, as does yours. Do you happen to know if your cat is a particular breed or what its genetic makeup is? I was always curious about what my cat might have had in her but didn't get her DNA tested. She was just a domestic shorthair according to the paperwork, but I'm open to other ideas because she had a really unique and friendly temperament, and at one point I'd convinced myself that she couldn't merely be a domestic shorthair. Whatever breed your cat is, so was mine, I swear. Do you happen to know?

As far as I know he's a DSH that was found outside. I have never had his DNA tested. Sorry for the loss of your beloved kitty.

This actually happened at my high school and I was just around the corner when it happened 😂 except it wasn’t a teacher and a student. It was a couple of students getting into a fight in a narrow hallway (that was pre planned) and one of them pulled out 2 cans of pepper spray 💀
