My story. I had been bullied, bodyshamed at home, school, college till I was 22. It absolutely damaged my self esteem. But things changed when I joined office. 😇 and started living independently in a different city ❤️. Work, studies, hobbies made me realize what was more important in life 💃🏼❤️🤗🤗.

A HR workshop and its teachers made a huge impact on me and when I finally stood for myself, people who were insulting me started feeling scared to treat me badly. Yes in a new office or college setup every one needs guidance and support from seniors.one Who can truly guide on the right path. I was bullied for my rough and curly hair. But I had a senior PhD scholar didi , she said "ase Baal hai to hai , bus thodi care Kiya Karo apne balo ki". and then 5 years of my hostels days was amazing with her.

Stand up for yourself! And be brave. Tell your parents or class teacher about this. Report anyone who tries to put you down or bully you in the school. Baaki don’t let these people get into your skin. Hamesha yaad rakhoge, kuch to log kahenge logon ka kaam hai kehna. You’re beautiful just the way you’re❤️

Maybe not Legal punishment, but punishment within the company is possible. Any reputable company, with a well-rounded set of values governing its decision making will have serious anti-bullying policies in place. If this happened in real life in any company, chances are this could have gone to HR.

when i was younger like in 7-8 th class. i was very slim, underweight, extremely tanned,and my hair were awful... but i always topped my class i was quiet bright in studies... my classmates bullied me about my looks..... then in 11-12 th i become 5"8 height... i had perfect figure and my tan was gone.😂 and i dont know why i started focusing more on myself and started to fail in classes.... but now in that same school i am everybodys crush. god changes everything....✡️🕎☦️☯️✝️🕉️🚩
