I like how inspite of negativity and criticism he got he still did the roles and focused more on positive points.

I saw the comments people is saying that srk was ignoring mahira then you should watch: raees success press conference and see how srk talks with mahira !

He should have concentrated on rates,the film was low budget then his two high budget films, the story was better ,his character was strong, his chemistry with Mahira was the best with a co star, zaalima is his most romantic song still AWESOME 👍

I know its disappointing to hear him dodge questions about Mahira but he has done a lot to get the film atleast released in the country the way it did! the political situation is obviously hindering him from speaking about her. Moreover, she speaks about him a lot so there's definitely a great relationship between them!

its sad and also understandable as SRK has always gotten into conspiracies in past for his non biased statements but since he has faced alot of pressure from the political climate and thats why he tried his best to avoid talking about Mahira even in the video press conferance he tried alot to avoid her and the comment question regarding her... which is very obvious on his face that he doesnt feel good about it but he has no other way .. poor He as he always gets into trouble for his movies in past few years :(

Whichever body of people told SRK he cannot promote this film with Mahira Khan clearly did a good job of intimidating him. This is the only reason he will say nothing about Mahira - pertaining to any topic on her (not just her acting in the movie). The irony is that although the intention by this group was to ensure that no Pakistani artist should be promoted, by virtue of this very restriction the audience in India is even more interested to know what SRK thinks of this great actress! Lol! In the end, it has actually worked to promote the film even more! 😂😂👍🏻👍🏻 so much for petty restrictions! 🙄😂

green koko what universe are you living in? With the current political climate & the nonsense between india & Pakistan - he has no choice otherwise the MNS Shiv Sena BJP RSS the hindutva brigade etc will start protesting cause a ruckus & disrupt the film! So it's not by choice but by necessity

I don't think there's any animosity between Shahrukh & Mahira. Neither of them would have agreed to do the film if they had any misgivings. And they're both fellow-Muslims.
