Thank you. I decide what i want to research and form opinions and write that down. sometimes ill write down information i find interesting also. it can be time consuming, but i enjoy researching and delving into it - i do a bit each day when i have a spare hour :)

Ohhhhh wowwww!!!!! That book is amazing!!!!!! I wish i could make something like that but i go into so many rabbit trails that i spend months and months in just one topic 😂😂😂. I am guessing you gather your information from a variety of sources, do you have any in particular that you recommend? ( now i am going to go and watch all your other videos❤)

Thank you :) I am exactly the same! Hence having books for specific topics so that i can go off on my research :). Yeah, i tend to make notes in a seperate notebook i carry around with me so that when i come across information im interested in, then add it to the topic book. I get my information from various sources - from books, online, magazine articles etc to talks and our coven discussions to my own personal thoughts and beliefs put down onto paper. i will be making (eventually) some printable spreads people can download and print from my Books :) Enjoy the other videos! thanks for your support x

thank you :) The best way is to pick a topic and research that, it will then unvail other topics of interest. Check out my The Magic of Butterflies BOS video where i explain my process in further detail. The info in this book and my others has been gained over many years :) I hope this helps. i have many flip throughs of my various books, you are welcome to pause and note down anything you see :)

Hi Megan, i find my information from a variety of sources, online, books, magazines articles, pod casts etc. Some of the information is my own. I am very slowly making digital copies of my Books for people to purchase on my etsy shop to help those who would like to learn more :)

I really love this I dont know where to begin...when i heard shafow work i immediately thought oh thats the datk side...i have so much trauma i dont know where to start and 1 in particular i need to heal from. The death of my grandmother has so much anger when she died i wrote down the 10 commandments and the 7 deadly sins and in a haste wrote down all the ways my aunt viciously treated my grandmother i need to heal but not sure how can you suggest anything the journaling hasnt helped are ther specific questions you can recommend

hello lovely, you need to look at where thst anger stems from and work on that. My suggestion would be to look up anger shadow work questions, its not something iv personally worked on, so i wouldnt like to give you specific instructions, but i am a big believer in finding your own way through the work x

@ravenheldraca5991 thank you so much I generally use pintrest as a jumping off point I have already began journaling the problem and I have begun attempting to research shadow work but that is a huge help adding anger to the search. I have a bunch of items in my cart for your sale. And congratulations on 1000 subscribers I think its so nice you are doing a giveaway. Here in America people don't know who the green man is so research on Jim has also been difficult does he have another name if you know of it not it's ok
