Not saying it wouldn't be amazing, but...Shadow is already an assist trophy. And they haven't had a character yet who was an assist trophy AND a fighter in the same game. So while it would be cool, it's not likely at all.

First ever "Sonic" game that I've played alongside Sonic and The Black Knight. Love both of the two games dearly, but Shadow the Hedgehog will always be my number one. Not because the game is all edgy or something, but for the soundtrack and different routes you can take.

It's basically one of the only unique spins in the sonic formula. I have never seen any other sonic type games be this grimdark,edgy, AND use guns. It's a good game. Hands down.

Shadow is not an anti-hero, he is just an edgy hero. In fact he's probably more of a hero than Sonic since he does does good things due to a promise to protect the Earth, while Sonic just does it to have fun.

Despite what most people (including me) think about the games structure itself or the story choices, this song goes hard. The lyrics can be related to a handful of things be it, meta era shadow is an edgy edgehog, shadow needs to find who he is in this game and his growth is shown in sonic 06, the game involves a morality system in which you choose what you want to be, shadow is a hero and does what is right above anything else but he wont hold back against evil, shadow is the most gray character in the franchise, or shadow (mostly in current rendition of the idw comics or meta era games) cannot be seen through by anybody and does what he will do. The lyrics are for everybody who supports current shadow, who supports current shadow, or who really doesnt care. In other words this a great song for many reasons even if the game's gameplay isnt too fun (my opinion feel free to discuss with me) and the story is debatable to say the least. In a way the lyrics are a commentary on his character and what the fanbase and sega thinks he is

I think "Black writings on the wall" works better because in SA2 Gerald Robotnik's (creator of Shadow) drew all over his prison cell walls while he was going insane. So that's what I think it's referring to.

It's an extremely flawed game, actually. It's not as terrible as people say it was, though. Just give it some general bug fixes, fix the story system so it almost always makes sense and change up the story itself to give Shadow a proper story arc and it could be a great game.

I love this game but the controls aren’t that bad though

I watched this with Crush 40's 30th anniversary version of the song being the sound and this video being the display for it... with the two combined, it's really epic!
