Although attacking Eggman's robots got you Dark points in both Cryptic Castle and Mad Matrix. What made Cryptic Castle really weird was that Eggman's mission was the Dark mission, but killing his robots got you Dark points. Lol At least in Mad Matrix, you could understand because the Black Arms were trying to destroy cyber space.

The only character greetings where Shadow's name isn't used are Doom's Eye in The Doom and Omega in Iron Jungle.

Appreciate the compilation of this, was wondering about this the other day!

I never got where people interpreted Shadow as a loner character, lonely maybe. But he teamed up with almost everyone in the franchise by choice.

Weird thing about Mad Matrix, Black Doom claims that he wants Shadow to destroy that space "Too", but the only way that line would make sense is if you had done the Dark Mission in Digital Circuit, but it's not possible to go to Mad Matrix if you do the Dark Mission on Digital Circuit.

The story in the regular game was okay, but it all gets thrown out the window when a last story segment gets involved in a morality based game. They should have at least tied it to a true neutral ending or something

Maybe it’s been a few years since I’ve played this game and forgot the story, but so many of the characters feel out of place in here, especially ones like Amy, Charmy, Vector & Cream. They should’ve utilized omega a lot more if anything
