@@Schlecht_und_Teuer well Too squishy for master league so build a team around Kyogre that has some bulk in it but don't expect it to tank given the IV stats Shadow Kyogre in Raid was solid Good Water Raider investment you'll need to dodge too often to Maximize its potential.

Lower attack pokemon have higher bulk

attack has a heigher weight in cp calculation, so pokemon with low attack ivs have lower cp, and thus can be a higher level, so they have a higher stat product
