i suspect the "wrong spy" happens, when player A plays online vendetta in player B's universe, dominates a captain, orders him to spy on his overlord, then player C goes to online citadel conquest and enters B's universe, where a captain is corrupted. this game grew from open world to shared multiverse. interesting if thats the creators choice. game creators ;)
