@@Asteros1453 he did get nerfed, pre-release radahn has a true combo that isn't in release build, if you watch the video you will see oro getting hit by it constantly

I think its more that Marika wanted Miquella to survive in case the tarnished and all her other children failed to kill her, or even that she wanted us to fight, and the strongest to be ready. After all becoming a lord won't defeat the outer gods, and even Miquella who achieves "godhood" only ascends to Marika's level, and she couldn't rid them from the lands between.

Omg TIL Radahn's annoying three-hit combo would stunlock you into the third hit in the review-version of the game.. I feel sorry you had to go through that Oro! But thank you for this amazing playthrough!

Oro the true struggler fr. I thought we had it bad with Day 1 Consort meanwhile Oro literally ruining his mental health beating a glitched version that one shots him.

So glad you got the Euphoria! Also, in case you haven't noticed, its Skill shoots a beam with its spin.

Even worse than the triple stunlock is that pre release Radahn phase 2 doesn't darken the sky. It looks so much better post release even if the color contrast is a bit much.

So cool that you finished the DLC with the same build you started it with. My weapon of choice for the DLC was Maliketh's blade. At RL175 with no blessings or buffs, it has an AR over 1000.

Did they change lightspeed slash on the weapon in a post release nerf? All it does now is a basic slash down with some light beams. That really sucks, it looked cool in the footage here.

Honestly if they fix that move then I have no complaints but that attack the only way I found to avoid damage is the talisman lol. Yeah he’s a bit overtuned forsure lol

@@radagonsoreseal3457 Just beat him today rl1 no hit with a rapier, the 1-2 attack the way you dodge it all the times even without the s talisman is by hugging his right leg CONSTANTLY, if you stay to his right always and always dodge in and behind him you'll always be able to dodge behind his 1-2 guarantee

@@YaItalianBear I’ll have to try him again I just slapped on that talisman and still took me 3 days to beat him lol to be fair I used milady against him because I refused to change my build and I wasn’t exactly getting insane damage out either.

That happened to me too, I believe it's because if you end up fighting Romina before Messmer, horsent doesn't get a chance to invade you outside Romina's boss fight, so they just toss him in the gank.

It wasn't really a present giving you early acesse considering how unfair unnerfed radahn was

Honestly Radahn on base NG doesn't look much easier. You seem to be taking about the same amount of damage and dealing slightly less than what I was. ...and yeah it also took me three days, kind of making NG+7 look doable though! Edit: Okay watching a bit more closely yeah, this was messed up. For one you have a lot more health than I did and were taking essentially proportional damage to me. The "undodgeable" attack seems to either have been nerfed, or otherwise you may have been dodging the first swing too late. I was also mashing roll and could escape the follow up double hit by rolling in rather than out to the shockwave.

Why second phase Radhan on Oro's playthrough doesn't get darker?

Its the pre release version, which reviewers fought. There are a few other changes as well (like the different teleporting clone attack, and no meteor attack which the release version does at 30% health).

The only thing that's nerfed from pre release to live is his 1-2-double swipe, other than that he's mostly buffed in live version for phase 2 (bigger Miquella's Beam, Radahn's clone attacks deal significantly more damage, the small light beams after all his attacks are also stronger)

Can someone please tell me if I have the same online activity with lvl.170 ? I'm currently 150 and I won't make another character. DLC is giving me a hard fucking time and I could need 20 lvls more, but I don't want to ruin the coop fun

168 would be better but yeah you should be fine as you can match up to the level 200 people at that level. Or just go ahead and level up to 200 honestly.

1:52:37 his 3 piece combo has the most specific dodge out of the entire moveset. You have to be close to him and dodge diagonally to the left. From there the second slash won't track you. Then you just roll the cross slash, and finally you get a decent amount of time to punish.

What a journey... Even in live release, I still find his bullshit combo to be, well, bullshit. It's not a guaranteed death like review version seemed to be, but it is almost guaranteed damage if you're not using specific AoWs/backstep talisman. Fun fight but extremely punishing.
